A name, phone number, or address entered in a search box is sent to the third-party service that supplies the result path. Our servers do not retain a copy of those search terms. If you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and use them to respond.
Automatically Collected Technical Data
Like most hosted services, the site records routine log information such as IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review that information in aggregate to maintain the service and understand readership. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
We use this limited information to operate the service, fix errors, measure aggregate traffic, and improve the reference pages. We do not sell visitor lists or build individual visitor profiles.

Links may lead to County or State record portals, libraries, archives, and third-party search providers. The policies of those destinations govern information submitted to them. This includes sponsored search results supplied by a third-party company.

Security Practices
The site uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described above. Because there are no accounts, the site does not hold a visitor password or profile that could be exposed here.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18. If a minor has sent information to us, contact us and we will remove it.
Your Oregon Privacy Rights
Oregon Consumer Privacy Act, ORS 646A.570-646A.589, gives qualifying consumers rights over personal data held by covered controllers. Because this service keeps very little, a request generally involves checking the contact mailbox and server logs, then removing information found there when applicable. Records held by Oregon, Multnomah County, or municipal custodians are outside our control, and any request about those records must go to the office that holds them.
